Yes, you can.
As a member of a Stint Team, you're eligible for up to 1 week off during a 12-week commitment.
You must submit your time-off request at least 2 weeks in advance. The earlier you can request it, the easier it is for us to ensure sufficient cover for your Team and the more likely we will be able to approve it.
Requesting time off at the last minute can disrupt business operations and may negatively impact your Team. It could potentially result in your removal from the Team too.
How to request time off:
Use Live Chat
Reach out to our Support Team via the in-app Live chat feature (Account > Help > Live Chat).
Specify your dates
Clearly state the exact dates/week you'd like to take off.
Await approval
Our team will review your request, considering your Stint Team's capacity, existing holidays booked, and the business' needs for that period of time.
⚠️ Please note: If your request is approved, your Stint commitment for that week will still appear in the app, but no action is required from your end!
