On some occasions, you may want to extend the length of your Stint if you require our Stinters’ help for a little longer than anticipated.
In order to do this, you will need to ask the Stinter if they are happy to stay on until the specified time.
After the Stint is completed, the Stinter will have the option to ‘submit overtime’ by getting in touch with us through Live Chat, directly from their Stint app. In the unlikely event that a Stinter arrives late to their Stint and agrees to stay after the finish time to make up for the lateness, they will need to submit that time as overtime.
After we receive the overtime request, we will contact you to confirm the submitted overtime is correct, via email. If we do not receive a response to contest the claim, we will automatically apply the overtime charges to your invoice.
