How to report something that happened on a past Stint

If something happened during a recent Stint that wasn't okay, we want to hear about it — and we'll take it seriously.

What should you report?

Anything that goes against our community guidelines, which covers two areas:

Physical safety: unsafe conditions like wet floors or fire hazards, plus any non-consensual contact, including sexual harassment or physical aggression.

Mental well-being: any racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQ+, anti-religious, xenophobic, or ableist behaviour, or offensive comments about things such as your appearance or accent. You deserve to be treated as a valued part of the team, every time.

Here’s how to get in touch:

  • Live Chat: Account → Help → (09:00–19:00, daily)

  • Urgent on-site: Live Chat straight away, or give our team a call at 01344 231541.

Try to include:

  • When and where it happened

  • Who was involved, if you know

  • What happened, in your own words

  • Anything else that helps — i.e. any identifying information

If you wish to remain anonymous should an investigation take place, please inform our team. We will do our best to maintain anonymity where possible, but businesses may still be able to work out who they are from the details given. If this is the case, confidentiality will be maintained.

You can report whenever you're ready, but sooner is better.
