How to report a past incident

If an incident occurs during a Stint at your premises, please report it as soon as possible so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Thank you.

What to report:

In line with our community guidelines, reportable incidents fall into two categories:

Physical safety: hazards in the working environment (wet floors, fire risks, sub-standard conditions) and any non-consensual contact, such as sexual harassment or physical aggression.

Mental well-being: behaviour rooted in prejudice (racist, sexist, anti-LGBTQ+, anti-religious, xenophobic, or ableist conduct) or offensive comments about personal qualities such as appearance or accent.

Here’s how to get in touch:

  • Live Chat: Account → Help → (09:00–19:00, daily)
