Wear the correct uniform
Turning up to a Stint in the wrong uniform can lead to the business turning you away. We recommend always having our core uniform items clean and ironed; doing so will maximise your ability to be assigned to any Stint, whilst looking sharp too!
Arrive on time
Check traffic and transport updates and delays. We recommend getting there 10/15 minutes before your Stint start time to allow for any problems. Do bear in mind that travelling during rush hour (7am - 9:30am and 5pm - 7:30pm) always takes slightly longer.
Prepare for your Stint
Most Stints that you accept will include helpful notes at the bottom of the description. Paying attention to these notes is key to ensuring your Stint runs smoothly getting that 5*!
Bring good vibes!
Smile, make eye contact and be friendly and polite when engaging with guests.
Go the extra mile
Always be proactive and help customers and team members. It’ll leave a lasting positive impression. You might be asked to do tasks that aren’t listed on the Stint, so be open minded and enthusiastic.
Be patient and understanding
It could be a guest’s first time visiting - do your best to understand their needs.
Make sure you’re efficient
You’ll be working during peak hours at restaurants, so complete your tasks quickly so you can move onto the next.
Don’t use your phone
Phones are not permitted on any Stint. Keep them in your bag until you finish.
