When you build a Stint Team with us, yes! Your favourite Stinters return time and time again.
We'll find the most suitable people based on their location and availability. All our Stinters are also required to send us a 30-60 second introducing themselves and we will shortlist the best candidates for you to hand-pick for trial shifts. Your favourites then join your Stint Team, upskilling in your brand and operations along the way.

You can also help improve the quality of Stinters you receive is by rating every Stinter that works with you.
Rating a Stinter 4 stars and above will ensure they are added to your Repeat Pool and can accept future Stints at your business.
Rating a Stinter 3 stars or below will mean they can no longer see Stints at your site.

Our system will always prioritise the best Stinters for any Stint based on a number of different suitability factors. These include whether or not they have worked with you before, their performance in similar businesses to yours as well as their specific strengths.
