What is the Stint Teams cancellation policy?

We understand plans can sometimes change. If you can no longer make a Stint you have accepted, you can try to find a replacement in your Stint Team.

You should have been added to the Team’s WhatsApp group when you joined. This is where you can find another Stinter to complete your Stint.

If you can't find a replacement, you must still attend. If you don't, this will count as a no-show and you may be removed from the Team and deactivated from the platform.


We understand that Team Stints have a stricter cancellation policy compared to our regular Stints. This is because demand is high for our Stint Teams, and both you and the business have invested valuable time and effort in your training. Consistency is key in maintaining the familiar faces that customers recognise and trust.

Please note - we do make exceptions for genuine emergencies. These might include health-related issues or bereavement, for instance. However, university commitments, while important, don't fall under this category.

Before you agree to join a Stint Team, please double check you are able to fulfil the weekly commitment.
