We shortlist the most suitable Stinters based on their location and availability. They are also also required to send us a 30-60 second introducing themselves and we will choose the best candidates for you to hand-pick for trial shifts. Your favourites then join your Stint Team, upskilling in your brand and operations along the way.

Although our Stinters are not required to have previous experience in the hospitality sector, our competitive rating system ensures that they will be hard-working and motivated on every Stint. They know that they need to perform well on Stints, otherwise, they risk being rated poorly and removed from your Stint Team.

If you are yet to build your own Stint Team, we aim to match you to Repeat Stinters where possible - these are Stinters who have worked at your business before and have received a 4 or 5 star rating from you.

Rating a Stinter 4 stars and above will ensure they are added to your Repeat Pool and can accept future Stints at your business.

Rating a Stinter 3 stars or below will mean they can no longer see Stints at your site.
