Congrats, your Stinter is making progress!
When a Stinter has successfully mastered a task, you can mark it as "Passed" in the app and award them a badge.
Here’s how you can do it:
Navigate to the Stinter's profile:
Go to “Stint Teams” and click on the Stinter's name.
View their tasks:
Click on "View tasks" to view the list of tasks in their role.
Mark the task as passed:
Click on the task you want to mark as passed, then select "Pass at task."
Make sure to pass the Stinter in the app as soon as they’ve done it, so they can focus on completing the next one! Remember to offer specific and encouraging feedback to let the Stinter know why they've done a great job too.
Please note: Once a task is marked as passed, it cannot be undone.
