Stora gives you complete visibility into all automated emails sent to your customers and leads. From booking confirmations to payment reminders, you can now view every email directly within each contact’s profile — including full content and delivery status.
How to view sent emails
Go to a contact profile
Navigate to any customer’s profile in your Stora back office.
Scroll to the Sent emails section
You’ll see a timeline showing every email Stora has sent to that customer.
Click to view full email content
Select any email to open a full preview of what was sent. This includes the HTML design, subject line, and personalised details such as names, dates, and booking information.
💡 Email tracking started on 26/04/2025. Messages sent before this date won’t appear in the timeline.
Check email delivery status
Alongside each email, you’ll see its delivery status:
Status | Description |
✅ Delivered | The email was successfully delivered. |
⚠️ Temporary failure | The email wasn’t delivered, but delivery might be retried (e.g., the recipient's inbox is full). |
❌ Permanent failure | The email couldn’t be delivered (e.g., invalid address). |
Hover over any failure status to see the reason for non-delivery (e.g., mailbox full, address doesn’t exist).

Know what was sent, when, and to whom – Reduce back-and-forth by confirming exactly what communication customers received.
Troubleshoot delivery issues fast – Instantly see if an email failed and why, so you can take action (like confirming a customer’s email address).
