Timelines in Stora give you a clear, chronological view of key events for your customers, bookings, and units. This feature helps you quickly understand what happened, when, and who was involved, all in one place.
What are Timelines?
Timelines are a unified record of important activity across your Stora account. You can view customer actions, operator notes, and automated events together, helping you resolve issues and track changes without needing to switch between tabs.
How Timelines work
Go to your Stora Backoffice.
Open a Contact, Subscription, or Unit.
View the Timeline section to see a list of events, including:
Bookings (created, changed, cancelled)
Payments (received, refunded, failed)
Contracts (issued, signed, voided)
ID checks, deposits, and email activity
Unit status changes (reserved, overlocked, deallocated)
Invoices (created or updated)
Operator notes appear inline and in context.
Each event is timestamped and attributed to the relevant person or system.
π‘ You can use Timelines to quickly diagnose issues, follow up with confidence, and understand the whole history of a customer or booking.
