Cancel a subscription before move in

How to cancel a booking prior to customer move in.

Select the customer ID and then Select Cancel subscription in top right-hand corner of the page.

You will be presented with a pop up window to let you know that the subscription has not yet started. Should you still wish to proceed, select ‘cancel now’.

You can select whether or not to notify the customer via email also. This will cancel the subscription immediately and no payments will be taken.
