You can create an additional subscription if a customer wants to book more space or edit their existing subscription. Adding to the existing subscription means everything is charged together. Here's how:
Adding Unit Types
Select the subscription on Stora and select Edit Unit Types.
Under the drop-down menu, select "Add another".
You can then select the unit size and price from the drop-down menu. You will be asked if you want this change to start immediately, on the next renewal, or to be backdated. Select the appropriate response. You can preview these changes before confirming.
💡 If you choose 'Immediately,' the customer will be charged immediately once the changes are confirmed. The breakdown of charges can be viewed on the preview screen.
📝 Please ensure to allocate the new unit to the customer.
