We recommend setting up an additional subscription should a customer wish to book more space with you. However it is also possible to add another Unit Type to an existing Subscription, and charge for everything together. Here's how:

Select customer ID on Stora. You can access this via the ‘subscriptions’ tab or the ‘customer’ tab on the left hand side.

Select Edit Unit Types.

Under the drop down menu, select "Add another unit type to be billed".

You can then select the unit size and price from the drop down menu. You will be asked if you want this change to start immediately, on next renewal, or to be backdated. Select the appropriate response. You will be able to preview these changes before confirming.

If you choose 'Immediately' it will charge the customer immediately once the changes are confirmed, and you can view the breakdown of charges on the preview screen.

The preview view will show the existing and new unit with pricing.

Please ensure to allocate the new unit to the customer.
