    • Insurance

    • Products

Duration: Choose how long the discount applies to the subscription.

  • One time: Applies to one invoice.

  • Forever: Applies to all invoices for the subscription.

  • Limited time: Applies across a billing period (weekly, 4‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, annual).

āš ļø Multiple months' Discounts may not work as expected for different Billing Periods. Learn why.

Expiration: Set a date when the code will no longer be valid, or select 'Never expire'.

āš ļø If a coupon expires before the subscription start date, the subscription will fail to create. Ensure the coupon’s expiry aligns with the subscription start date.

When you are finished, select 'Create Coupon'.

After you create the coupon, it appears on your Coupons page. Customers can redeem the code during the booking process.

You can create as many Customer coupon codes as you wish. They can be particularly useful if you want to create a unique coupon code for a specific individual customer.
