Assign extra data to your contacts

Assign a type, marketing source, use case and more to existing customers and leads.

Sometimes, you may need to add extra information to your existing contacts. This article will show you how this can be done via the Stora backoffice.


To do this, select the Contacts tab. Find the contact, click on the 3 dots and then Edit contact.

Scroll down to 'Other details' and use the scroll-down menu to select the customer source and/or appropriate type of detail.

To finish, click on Update contact.
