Decide if customers can cancel directly or not.

By default Stora enables your customers to cancel their storage subscription directly by logging into their customer portal.

You can remove this button and the ability to cancel directly, and add your own text describing how customers can cancel.

How it works

Visit your Storefront Configuration page, here you'll find a section for the Customer portal set up. You can simply toggle off the cancel button and update the instructions displayed to your customers in the box below.

For example, you could require 2 months' notice and ask customers to phone to cancel instead.
