Learn how to reset customer access

Sometimes, your customers may contact you to request that their password be reset to their account portal or need to create a password. This article will show how to do this.


The customer has created their account

If customers have created their account but have since forgotten their password, they can use the forgotten password link on the storefront, or you can send them a password reset from the back office as below:


The customer has not created their account

If customers have not created their online account, you can send them an invite link to create their account by clicking on the customer name and then the Resend Invite.
