Resetting customer online accounts

Learn how to reset customer access

Customers may contact you needing access to their online account. They can use the password reset on the storefront, or you can send them a reset link from the back office.


Send reset link from the Stora Back office:

Navigate to the customer profile and under Storefront Account hit send invite or send reset. The customer will then receive an email to finish logging in.

Top Tip:

Customers can access invoices, update their card details, cancel, sign contracts, complete ID checks and view smart entry pins in the online account.
