Within Stora you have access to the unit and site history so you can check who was in a particular unit at a point in time.

Select the unit you wish to view and press the unit activity button to view the history.

The site activity gives information on site events such as when units were allocated, overlocked and customer allocations. Select the Site and then select Units to reach this page:
