How to use the Site Map

Learn how to use a Site Map to manage your Units day to day

Use the Site Map to see Unit statuses at a glance and take quick actions. This guide explains the colour codes, status modals, and what you can do from each one.


View your Site Map

  1. Open your Site Page.

  2. Find the Site Map preview.

  3. Select it to expand to full screen.

Use the Site Map on mobile and touch devices

You can use the Site Map on:

  • Mobile phones

  • Tablets

  • Desktop

On touch devices, the Site Map supports standard mobile gestures:

  • Pinch to zoom in and out

  • Pan around the map with your finger

  • Tap units to view availability and details

  • Continue to use all usual actions from the status modal while zoomed in.

This means you can navigate the Site Map on your phone or tablet and still manage units in the same way as on desktop.


Status Modals

Click a Unit in View Mode to open its status modal with details and actions.

Available (Light grey)

  • You see: How long the Unit has been available.

  • You can: Allocate the Unit to a subscription.

Unavailable (Grey)

  • You see: The Unit is unavailable.

  • You can: Make the Unit available.

Occupied (Green)

  • You see: The customer name and move-in date.

  • You can: Open Customer and Subscription. Deallocate the Unit if needed.

Overlocked (Red)

  • You see: The customer and their due move-out date.

  • You can: Open Customer and Subscription. Remove overlock.

Moving out (Blue)

  • You see: The customer and their due move-out date.

  • You can: Open Customer and Subscription. Deallocate the Unit.

Moved out (Purple)

  • You see: The customer and when they moved out.

  • You can: Open the customer and subscription. Deallocate the Unit.

Repossessed (Pink)

  • You see: The customer and their due move-out date.

  • You can: Open Customer and Subscription. Deallocate the Unit.

Open the legend to see what each colour means.
