Each of your sites can have a unique customer access system in Stora. OpenTech's Insomniac CIA self storage access control system will enable you to give customers access via key codes.

When you connect OpenTech to Stora, unique pin codes are automatically generated for each customer and emailed to them on their move-in day. When their move-out date passes and they're de-allocated, their PIN code will no longer give them access to your facility or their unit.

Once you are ready to connect your site to OpenTech, contact our support team and let them know.

Please also create a user for Stora in the OpenTech admin panel so we can access and review your site’s configuration.
