Learn how to change the default access zone for customers

Individual Customer Access

You can alter the access zone for individual customers by entering the Access Zone ID from PTI into the relevant unit on Stora

Select the edit unit on the specific unit and add the Access Zone ID into the field below.

Hit the update unit to save the changes.


Site Level Access

You can also update the default access zone for the entire site by selecting edit on the site.
