Learn about the different support package available to you in Stora.

Stora is a self-service platform that makes it easy for you to manage all aspects of your business and website.

While everything is designed to run smoothly, issues and questions inevitably crop up. That's why every Stora plan has access to our in-depth Help Center and comes with unlimited in-app chat support included. We'll always be here to fix any issues, answer questions, or point you in the direction of the information you need via chat support.

Outside of our Standard Support, we have several options you can choose to use:

Priority Support

This gives you the fastest resolution to your support requests and access to a dedicated phone number to speak directly with the Stora team when required. To learn more about Priority Support, please Contact Sales.


On-Demand Assistance

The Stora support team is available to assist you directly to perform tasks on your behalf or for one-on-one call time. This service can be used for things like:

  • Updating contracts

  • Help to import/create Subscriptions, Unit Types etc

  • Training on how to use Stora

Service cost

This service is charged at £95/hour. Invoices will be raised every Friday for the previous week and will be charged against your default payment method. Please send a message to support should you wish to use our hourly service.

You can also buy blocks of time in advance. Should you wish to pre-buy time, simply select the amount of time below. You will then be asked to enter your payment card number. Once paid the time will be added to your account to be used when needed.


On-Site Assistance

If you'd like us to visit you to help get you set up with Stora please reach out to support to discuss. This service is charged at £695/day + travel expenses.
