Stripe offers a payment option called Link. Customers choose to save their payment information at checkout. When customers use Link on a new site or new device, they’ll receive a one-time code via SMS to verify their identity and keep their payment information secure.
💡 When moving customers to Stora from a previous system, we recommend disabling this option until that task is completed, as this can interfere with the ability to automatically change subscriptions.
How to Disable 'Link'
1) To disable Link as a payment option, go to your Stripe Dashboard and open Settings > Payment methods.
2) Click into each configuration, find link in the list and turn it off.
