You can split printing for when you receive your orders. This is useful when you want to send drinks to the Bar and food to the Kitchen for example.
Note: You must have a minimum of two printers to use split printing. Please contact us if you need additional printers.
Your printers should already be set up. If you need help setting up a new printer, please use this guide.
Go to Menus and select the menu you'd like to set up split printing on, then click “Edit menu”.
Then, select the category that you want to add split printing to and click on the pen icon.
On this window, click on “Printing” and select where you'd like your orders to print. For example, Bar for a drinks only category.
Note: If you do not select a printer, your orders will print on all connected printed printers.
