If your video gets a copyright claim on Facebook for content from the Storyblocks library, you will need to directly dispute any claims. Unfortunately, Facebook’s system is less robust than other platforms like YouTube, where we’re able to help you resolve claims.
When you dispute a claim through Facebook, let them know that you are licensed through Storyblocks to use the content. You can also request a copy of your license agreement to include with your claim dispute from our support team.
After you file your claim dispute, updates and next steps for resolving the claim will come directly from Facebook.
