Place a name tag on your luggage to make it easy to identify when getting off the bus.
Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time to allow for Ticket checks, wristbanding, and the bus to leave on time.
Look out for the SF Bus team in florescent yellow vests.
If you miss the bus, you miss the bus! Unfortunately, the bus can’t wait and we don’t give refunds if you don’t show up. Buses are often sold out so we can’t offer you a spot on the next bus.
Seating is not allocated and will be available on a first come, first served basis, so get in early!
The bus will stop for planned bathroom breaks.
Forgot some essentials? Head to the SF Info Tent, Wallaroo Camping rentals or hop the SF Shuttle in to Tocumwal Town where they have a bottle shop, IGA, chemist ATM and more.
Please pack as light and practical as you can. There will be only enough room for one large suitcase and one standard backpack OR the equivalent amount of luggage per person on the bus. We understand you may need to bring camping gear, but please do your best to pack smart and light. Consider Pre-pitched Camping or Glamping, Camping Rentals or packing together as a group if travelling with friends. If it doesn’t fit on the bus it will be left behind. NO Gazebos will be allowed as luggage on the bus.
The alcohol limit for each passenger taking the bus is 2x six packs (12 cans of beer, cider or premixed) OR a 2L cask of wine. Any alcohol in excess of this limit will be confiscated and not returned. STRICTLY NO GLASS!
Respect your fellow bus mates and driver by behaving on the bus! You have plenty of time to party when you reach the Festival. Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed on the bus.
Download the Setline the SF festival app before attending the event to access interactive map, set times and more.
