Pattinson Auction Integration

The Pattinson Auction integration allows you to refer properties directly to Pattinson from Street, giving vendors a quick, transparent route to auction.

Note - You must have an account with Pattinson to use this integration.

Before the integration is active, Street will prompt you to set it up in a few places such as the Valuation page. This highlights the option to sell via auction and links directly to the integration settings page.

How to Set Up the Integration

Head to Settings > Integrations > Pattinson Auction. Here you'll find an overview of the key benefits of selling via auction and further details about the integration.

Note - To access the Integrations page you will need the Company Admin role.

For more information, see our Roles and Permissions help article.

Step 1 - Register your interest

Click Register interest with Pattinson. Street will automatically send your network's contact details to Pattinson including your agency name, email address, phone number, website, and branch address. You don't need to fill in a form, Street uses the details already stored against your network.

A confirmation will let you know that Pattinson will be in touch with next steps. Once you've agreed to proceed, Pattinson will provide you with a Client ID and Client Secret.

Step 2 β€” Enter your credentials

When you've received the Client ID and Client Secret from Pattinson, click the Configuration tab, enter the details and click Save.

The integration is now enabled and you can being using it! For more information on how to use the Pattinson Auction integration and list properties for sale by auction, see our Pattison Auction help article.
