On The Market Report
The On The Market Report gives you a snapshot of all your sales properties that are currently listed for sale. Use it to review pipeline value, track fees, and monitor which properties have been on the market during a given period.
Note - This report covers sales properties only. There is no lettings equivalent currently.
Getting Started
Head to Reporting in the left-hand panel and click On the Market. At the top of the page you'll find filters for Branch, Assignee (the agent the property is assigned to), and Listing Date. Both Branch and Assignee support multi-select, so you can view data across multiple branches or agents at once. Once you've set your filters, click Apply. If no date range is selected, the report will show all on-market properties regardless of when they were listed.
Headline Figures
Below the filters, four summary cards give you a quick overview of the data.
Total Fees - the combined value of all fees across properties in your selected filters
Number of Properties - the total count of on-market properties
Avg Property Price - the average listing price across those properties
Average Fees - the average fee charged, which can be toggled between £ and % format by clicking the toggle icon on the card
The On The Market Pipeline Table
Below the summary cards, the On the Market Pipeline table lists each property with key information including the date listed, sale price, fees and assignee. All columns are sortable, just click any column header to sort the data.
Tip! You can click on a property address to go directly to that property's page.
If your filters return more than 100 properties, a warning will appear at the top of the table letting you know only the first 100 results are shown. Narrow your filters or use the export button to see all records.
Note - To access the Export button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
