How to report on valuations

To get started head to Reporting (left side panel at the bottom) and look for the Valuations section. This has two reports, Valuations Overview which shows data on your valuations in graphs and Valuations DataTable which shows the data in a table format.

Both reports can be filtered by the branch the property is assigned to, the type of valuation and valuation status, who booked, completed, valued and agreed the valuation as well as the date.

Valuation Overview

The Valuation Overview report shows a breakdown of data, showing the number of valuations carried out, booked and cancelled in the timeframe selected, as well as graphs to visualise the data.

On any of the graphs you can click 'view data' which will essentially open the Valuation DataTable report.

Valuation DataTable

The Valuation DataTable shows a breakdown of data in table format, again based on the filters selected. From here you can click on the property address to navigate to the property page. This table has more columns than can fit on the screen so be sure to scroll sideways if there is data not in view.

You can also click 'view charts' to switch back to the Valuation Overview report.

If you have the permission to export data enabled, you will also see the 'export' button, allowing you to export the table into a CSV file.

For help with other types of reports available, see our Reporting help centre collection.
