Valuations Report
The Valuations Report gives you a detailed view of your valuation activity β tracking how many valuations are being booked, carried out, won, lost, and cancelled. Use it to monitor team performance, review conversion rates, and identify where instructions are being lost.
Getting Started
Head to Reporting in the left side panel and look for the Valuations section. You'll find two reports: Valuations Overview, which displays your data in graphs, and Valuations DataTable, which presents the same data in a table format.
Both reports can be filtered by the branch the property is assigned to, the type of valuation and valuation status, who booked, completed, valued and agreed the valuation as well as the date.
Valuations Overview
The Overview shows how many valuations were carried out, booked, and cancelled in your selected timeframe, along with a series of charts breaking the data down further.
These include a valuation result breakdown (Won, Lost, Pending, Cancelled), came-to-market split, bookings and completions by agent and branch, lead source, valuer conversion rates, and lost valuations broken down by competitor and reason.
The Valuer Conversion Rate chart shows both a gross and net conversion percentage per agent. Net excludes properties that didn't come to market at all, making it a more accurate reflection of genuinely winnable instructions.
On any chart, click View Data to open the DataTable filtered to that chart's data.
Valuations DataTable
The DataTable shows the same data in table format, with sortable columns covering everything from valuation dates and status through to fees, lead source, lost reason, and vendor details.
Tip! You can click on a property address to go directly to that property's page and click View Charts to return to the Valuations Overview page!
If your filters return more than 100 results, only the first 100 will be shown on screen. Narrow your filters or use the export to see everything.
Note - To access the Export button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
