Instructions Overview Report
The Instructions Overview Report shows you all your sales instructions in one place. You can use it to track instruction volumes, fees, and marketing prices across your branches and team.
Note - This report covers sales instructions only. For lettings instructions, head to the Lettings Instructions report, also found in the Reporting section.
Getting Started
Head to Reporting in the left side panel and click Instructions Overview. You can filter the data by branch, the agent the property is assigned to, who carried out the valuation, who agreed the sale, listing status, and date.
The Report
Below the filters you'll see four summary figures: total instruction fees, number of sales instructions, average marketing price, and average fees. The average fees card can be toggled between a £ and % value for quick comparison.
Below that, a table lists each instruction individually where you can click any property address to go directly to that property's page.
If your filters return more than 100 results, only the first 100 will be shown on screen. Narrow your filters or use the export to see everything.
Note - To access the Export button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.
