Canvas

Canvas is our new editable notes feature that gives you the control to highlight the information you want to see at a glance.

It works in a similar way to a pinned note however it gives you the ability to add colour, pop it out, resize it, move it around, collapse it, see previous revisions and more - it truly is fully customisable!

How does Canvas work

The Canvas feature will show on any page that has an activity stream (the section where you see activity such as automated emails and add notes or send emails / SMS.

Head to any of pages with an activity stream such as a property, valuation, viewing or tenancy and look for the Canvas button at the top of the activity stream.

Creating a Canvas

Click the Canvas button allows you to create your canvas, letting you to type in any key information you need. You have the option of formatting the text with headers, bold or italic and can also choose the background colour.

Note - It's important to highlight that each page can only have one canvas and once a canvas has been created, it cannot be deleted entirely.

Unpinning, moving and resizing your canvas

Clicking the pin icon allows to unpin the canvas and move it around your page to a more convenient location using the six 6 dots icon. You can also resize the unpinned canvas to whatever size you like by dragging the corners in a direction.

Canvas history

For an accurate history of the canvas, you also have the option of viewing any revisions and can even revert back to an older version if needed.
