Within the Accounting section in the left side bar you have access to the Arrears tab. It's important to highlight that the version currently live is just the beginning! We are developing an enhanced arrears solution which will include features such as automated rent reminders, payment plan management and more, designed to streamline your arrears process.

The arrears table will show you any tenancies that are currently in arrears, that is any charges that have not been fully allocated to.

You can filter by how far the tenancy is overdue by and also export the data (if you have the user permission for exporting data enabled).

For any tenancies in arrears, you can click the three dots on the right to view the ledger and tenancy details at a glance.
