Payment Advice (Consumer Desktop)

How landlords and tenants can access their statements and documents via their Street desktop account.

Payment Advice in the Street desktop account

Street gives landlords access to their payment advice directly through both their Street desktop account, reducing the need to contact your team for copies. Landlords have read-only access to their financial documents so cannot edit or delete anything from their account.

However unlike the consumer app, when using their Street desktop account, landlords can only access their payment advice (and not their monthly statements) and tenants do not have access to any financial documentation.

Note - Payment advice features are only available if you manage your client accounting in Street.

This article focuses on the desktop workflow but for more information on the consumer app workflow, see this help article.

Landlords

Payment advice will show any payment advice received, again if enabled in your settings, showing a breakdown of receipts, deductions, transfers, owner payments, and invoices.

From their desktop account, landlords can click the landlord drop down and select payment advice.

From here landlords can view, share and download a copy of any payment advice or generate an income report.
