When onboarding a new property listing, you can use Street AI to significantly speed up the process by automatically generating rooms, key features, and a property description. All content generated by Street AI is fully editable.

This article focuses on using Street AI during onboarding. For more information on adding property listing details, see this help article.

When onboarding a property for the first time, look for the Property Onboarding card on the right hand side of the property page and click 'View' on the property listing section. Alternatively from the property page click Edit > Edit property.

When no photos have been added yet, you'll see the option to use the AI Assistant. Click this to begin the AI-assisted onboarding wizard.

Firstly, upload your property photos. For best results, aim for 5–10 good quality images. Street AI uses these to identify key features and generate the description.

Next upload your floor plan images. For best results, use high quality images that clearly show room names and dimensions. Floor plans are only required if you intend to use Street AI to generate rooms.

Next enter the key property details including the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and reception rooms, as well as the property type and style. Street AI uses this information as context when generating content.

Finally, choose what you'd like Street AI to generate. You can select from any from:

Street AI will then analyse your photos and floor plans and begin generating the selected content. This process can take up to 60 seconds and may take longer depending on the number of images. You will see the progress on screen as it works through image analysis, floor plan analysis, copywriting, and final assembly.

Once generation is complete, you'll be returned to the Property Onboarding page where you can review what Street AI has created, indicated by the AI star icon.

If rooms were selected, Street AI will have used the floor plan to create individual rooms including their dimensions. Room descriptions are not generated at this stage.

If key features were selected, Street AI will have highlighted up to 10 standout features from the photos.

If a description was selected, Street AI will have generated a detailed property description. The same description is applied to both sales and lettings listings.

If you need to regenerate or update a description after the initial onboarding is complete, you can do so directly from the Descriptions section of the property. This lets you adjust the length and style and generate a new version at any time.
