When onboarding a new property on Street, you can make use of Street AI to significantly speed up the process by generating rooms, key features and property descriptions.

Any content generated by Street AI is fully editable so you can still further customise the listing should you need to.

To get started, head to the the property onboarding section of a property, accessed via the Property Onboarding card > property listing.

Next you will see the option to start onboarding and this is where you can choose to use Street AI to assist with the onboarding.

The first step is to add the property photos, followed by the floor plan and the key property details such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms and property type.

Finally you can review what you want Street AI to include, selecting rooms, key features and/or the property description. You can even choose what length and style the description should be written in.

When you're ready to proceed, click finish and Street AI will begin generating the details selected!

On the Property Onboarding page, you will see the sections generated using Street AI.

If rooms was selected, Street AI will use the floorplan to create individual rooms and include the dimensions. Note - currently room descriptions are not generated.

If key features were selected, Street AI will use the photos to highlight up to 10 standout features.

If the description was selected, Street AI will generate a written description in the 'detailed property description' section. Note - Short descriptions and location summary are not generated.

If you're happy with the generated content, you can save and continue. Alternatively you are able to make any changes that are required - all of the Street AI generated content is fully editable.
