AI Sales Progression Summary

Street AI can generate a summary of a sale by using information from notes on the sale, tasks, offer amount, solicitor information and more. Additionally, Street AI will create up to three suggested actions for your to create a task from.

AI Sale Summary

Head to a sales progression page and click onto the Activities tab. Here you will see a section called 'Sale Summary' which is where the AI generated summary will be shown.

Street AI uses the following content to generate the summary:

  • Property details - full and short address, property type, sale price, original listing price and price qualifier, the property's short description, and its key features.

  • People - buyer name and the buyer's solicitor (name, firm, email, phone); seller name and the seller's solicitor (name, firm, email, phone).

  • Sale status - current status plus the flags for under offer / offer accepted / exchanged / completed / fallen through.

  • Key dates - sale agreed, offer accepted, expected exchange, expected completion (applicant and vendor), exchanged at, completed at.

  • To-dos on the sale - title, description, due date, status (completed/pending), and who it's assigned to.

  • Recent communications on the sale - notes, internal messages, outbound emails, and inbound emails. For each: the content/body, who created or sent it, the recipient (or sender, for inbound emails), and when it was created. Email subjects are included where present.

Suggested Actions

Below the summary, you will see up to three suggested actions based on the progress of the sale which will vary based on the information available.

At this stage they are just suggestions however you also have the option of clicking the 'create task' button to create a task directly from the suggested action.
