Client App Engagement Card

The Client App Engagement Card can be found on the following pages in Street: Person, Applicant, Offer, Sales and Owner.

This card shows a breakdown of when the ‘people’ on the relevant record last logged in/were active and is split by platform (browser and app) giving you full visibility.

Note - Prior to this feature, a client's last logged in date and option to reset password would only show on a 'person' page, underneath their name and you could send login links and reset passwords from here. These have been removed and are now all stored from within the Client App Engagement card.

Send Options

Within the client app engagement card you will have the 'send' button, giving you the option to send a variety of different emails to assist with your client logging in / accessing their Street account. If there are multiple people on the card (such as multiple owners), you can also choose who to send to.

Send reminder to download the app

The send reminder to download the app option allows you to create an email using the normal email builder, making use of Street AI and correspondence templates.

By default you will see the 'remind client to download' template however this can be edited.

Note - the only templates that will show within this section are ones set as 'relates to none (generic)'.

Send login link

The send login link option will send the client an email with a magic link, taking them directly into their account, without the need to login using email and password. For security reasons, the content of this email cannot be edited.

Send reset password link

The send reset password link option will send the client an email with a link to reset their password. For security reasons, the content of this email cannot be edited.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
