What is Street AI

Street AI is a multi-functional tool, designed to help you create new and unique content for emails, property descriptions and more. It uses artificial intelligence that has been taught through agent-specific content, meaning that it truly understands the content that your customers will engage best with.

It is built bespoke for estate agents and comes with integrated American-English translations to save time, ensure accuracy and offer a better experience than other AI tools.

How does Street AI work

Street AI works by using the information and settings you supply to generate bespoke content that can then be used for property descriptions, emails and correspondence templates.

When used effectively, Street AI can save you hours on admin time and can take the heavy-lifting out of writing your email and property content, allowing you to create tailored, relevant and bespoke writing in just seconds.

AI Writing Style

Street AI has a default writing style however it is possible to train the AI to use your individual style for emails and your branch's style for property descriptions. This is optional, however, if you are interested in setting this up - see our Street AI Custom Writing Styles help article.

Property Descriptions

Create bespoke descriptions for your listings with our Property Description Generator; simply choose a length and input your chosen tone of voice from our range of prompts.

Head to the property page and click Edit > Edit Property and then click Descriptions on the right hand side. Here, you will see the 'Use Street AI' button:

This will load up the Street AI tool which is where you can add/edit the information Street AI will use to generate the description:

Under the Features section, you will see the basic property information (number of bedrooms and property style) as well as any other key features you have on the property. You can delete any you won't want to include by clicking the bin icon on the right hand side and add any additional features / descriptions you want the AI to include.

Note - Adding key features here will not add them to the main property key features list. This is just for the AI to use.

In the Settings section, you can choose the length (small, medium, large) and the style (professional, casual, premium, humorous).

When ready, click generate and watch as Street AI does all the hard work for you, generating a description based on the information:

You can either 'click to copy' the description to your clipboard for use elsewhere, click 'start again' to try generating a different description or click 'apply' to save that description to the property. It's that simple!

The same can be done for the Short Description by clicking Generate, which will use the main Description and generate a shorter version:

Emails

To use Street AI when sending an email, head to the relevant property / person / applicant etc page and click Send an Email. You will now see a Learn about Street AI prompt that explains exactly how it works which is worth reading through:

In summary, there are three options; two for altering content you've written and one for generating content from a prompt.

Content You've Written

If you've written an email, you can click either of the two smiley face icons to either make the content more friendly or more professional.

Here's an example of an original email being made more friendly:

Generating from a Prompt

To generate from a prompt, simply tell Street AI what you want it to do in the email body and click the magic wand icon. This will create an email from your prompt, just like magic!

Here's an example:

After generating an email, you can always edit it manually or revert back to what you had written in by clicking the circular back arrow:

Correspondence Templates

Street AI can also be used in the same way as emails to generate a correspondence template. For information on creating a correspondence template, see this help article.

Once on the design page, the process works exactly the same as emails, with buttons to make the content more friendly / professional / generate from prompt:
