Viewing Bank Transactions

From the Bank Accounts page in the Accounting section, click the three dot menu on the bank account and select 'View Bank Transactions'.

From here you can view a full list of imported bank transactions, including those that have been deleted. If you have the permission to export data enabled, you will also see the 'export' button, allowing you to export the table into a CSV file.

Running Balance

On the right hand side you will see a 'Running Balance' column, showing a running balance of all imported transactions to help you identify any anomalies.

Unreconciled Transactions

Any bank lines that been imported but not yet reconciled will show an orange 'unreconciled' pill on the right hand side. You can click on the three dot menu to view both the bank transaction and delete the bank transaction.

Reconciled Transactions

Any bank lines that have already been reconciled will show a green 'reconciled' pill on the right hand side. You can click on the three dot menu to view both the bank transaction and reconciled details in Street. However you cannot delete it as it's been reconciled.

Deleting Transactions

While you can delete bank transactions from the Reconcile page itself, you can also delete bank transactions from the Bank Transactions page by clicking the three dot menu on the right of the transaction > delete bank transaction.

Alternatively you can tick the box on the left hand side and clicking 'delete selected' to delete multiple transactions at once.

Note - It's not possible to delete reconciled transactions as it links to a transaction in Street. Reconciled transactions will also have the tick box on the left hand side greyed out.
