Editing Sales Fees on a Completed Sale
When marking a sale as Completed in Street property details update and the linked instruction is archived, removing access from the original fees for that instruction.
Because of this we highly recommend creating your completion invoice before marking the sale as complete, while you still have access to the original instruction.
However if you have noticed a mistake or have made an agreement with the vendor post completion, it is possible for Company Admins to edit the fees.
Firstly, head to the Sales Progression page and click Actions > Update Sales Fees.
Note - Only Company Admins will have access to this option.
This will take you back to the original Instruction page where you can edit the fees as needed.
Here you can add / remove / edit any of the completion fees, as well as adding a discount if needed. For more information on adding a discount to an instruction, see this help article.

When finished, click 'Update Instruction' and now when generating the completion invoice it will use these updated fees.
