Workflows (Settings)
Workflows allow you to create bespoke processes for your agency. Here you can customise and reorder steps as required to streamline your business.
To get started head to Settings > Company Settings > Workflows.
Note - You must be a Company Admin to access these settings.
Currently we have workflows for Property Onboarding and Sales Offers. Each work in the same way, giving you the ability to customise the workflow and over time we will be adding more workflows in.
Editing a Workflow
To edit a workflow, click the edit/notepad icon on the right hand side.
From here you can see the list of steps within that workflow including some Core Steps such as photo and measure for onboarding or proof of funds for sales offers as well as add Custom steps.
These steps can be rearranged by dragging and dropping using the dots on the left hand side.
Mandatory Steps
For property onboarding workflow any step, including both Core and Custom steps can be made mandatory or deleted from the three dot menu on the right hand side.
Marking a step as mandatory will mean it must be completed before you are able to make the listing available.
You can make a step optional again from the three dot menu > make optional.
Note - It is not possible to make steps mandatory in the Sales Offer workflow settings.
Adding Custom Steps
From the Add Steps button you can add your own custom steps in that will then appear in the workflow process. Custom steps allow you to customise the workflow to suit the needs of your business.
You can also use the 'requires supporting document' toggle to force a document to be uploaded to the step when the workflow is being completed.
Once added, the custom step will appear in the list of steps in the settings and can be rearranged in order if needed.
Additionally from the 'add step' button, you can re-add any Core steps that you have deleted should you need to reinstate them.
