Workflows (Settings)

Workflows allow you to create bespoke processes for your agency. Here you can customise and reorder steps as required to streamline your business.

To get started head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Company Settings > Workflows.

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access the workflow settings.

Currently workflows are available for Property Onboarding (both sales and lettings) and Sales Offers. Each work in the same way, giving you the ability to customise the workflow and over time we will be adding more workflows in.

Editing a Workflow

To edit a workflow, click the edit/notepad icon on the right hand side.

From here you can see the list of steps within that workflow including Core Steps such as photo and measure, for property onboarding, or proof of funds, for sales offers, and Custom steps that have been added.

These steps can be rearranged by dragging and dropping using the dots on the left hand side.

Mandatory Steps

Any workflow step, including both Core and Custom steps, can be made mandatory from the three dot menu on the right hand side.

Mandatory steps will show the mandatory tag and will mean that must be completed before you are able to complete that workflow, ie before you can make publish a property to the portals or accept a sales offer.

You can make a step optional again from the same three dot menu > make optional.

Deleting Steps

You can also delete any step from the three dot menu > delete.

Deleting a step will hide it from the relevant workflow but can always be reinstated using the 'add step' option.

Adding Custom Steps

From the Add Steps button you can add your own custom steps in that will then appear in the workflow process. Custom steps allow you to customise the workflow to suit the needs of your business.

You can also use the 'requires supporting document' toggle to force a document to be uploaded to the step when the workflow is being completed.

Once added, the custom step will appear in the list of steps in the settings and can be rearranged in order if needed.

Additionally from the 'add step' button, you can re-add any Core steps that you have deleted should you need to reinstate them.
