Workflows (Settings)
This feature is currently only available to our Street Labs agents for testing. We will announce when this feature goes live to all agents.
Workflows allow you to create bespoke processes for your agency. Here you can customise and reorder steps as required to streamline your business.
To get started head to Settings > Company Settings > Workflows.
Note - You must be a Company Admin to access these settings.
Currently we have workflows for Property Onboarding and Sales Offers. Each work in the same way, giving you the ability to customise the workflow and over time we will be adding more workflows in.
To edit a workflow, click the edit/notepad icon on the right hand side.
From here you can see the list of steps within that workflow and each workflow will have some default steps such as photo and measure for onboarding or proof of funds for sales offers.
These steps can be rearranged by dragging and dropping using the dots on the left hand side and you can even create your own custom steps.
Custom steps allow you to customise the workflow to suit the needs of your business. Simply add the name of the step and click add.
This will now appear in the list of steps in the settings and can be rearranged in order if needed and will appear during the relevant workflow.
