Property Onboarding Workflow

This feature is currently only available to our Street Labs agents for testing. We will announce when this feature goes live to all agents.

Once a property is instructed you will see the Onboarding tab from the property page. This tab gives you full oversight of each step required to onboard the property and make the listing live and should be used as your central point of tracking the property's onboarding status.

Note - The Property Onboarding feature is currently only available for sales properties.

Here you will see a breakdown of the workflow steps for onboarding a property as well as a tracker to see how much progress has been made.

The property onboarding workflow has 7 default steps to work through however the order of these steps can be changed and you can create custom steps to include in the workflow from your workflow settings.

For more information on this, see our Workflows (Settings) help article.

Terms of Business

Within the terms of business step you can choose to generate your TOB document within Street. It's important to note that to be able to select one of your document templates, you must have a document template setup that has a type of 'Sales Terms of Business'.

For more information on creating / editing a document template to have the type 'Sales Terms of Business', see this help article.

Note - If you do not have any documents with the type 'Sales Terms of Business' you will not be able to select a document template here.

Additionally, you can make use of our Xodo (Eversign) integration to generate an e-sign document to be signed electronically by the vendor (if you have the relevant e-sign document templates setup).

Alternatively you can simply mark as sent, mark as signed and upload a copy of the file - useful if you have handled the TOB outside of Street.

Photo and Measure

The photo and measure step prompts you to book the appointment or you can simply mark it as complete if it's already been done / not needed.

If the appointment has been booked it will show the appointment details and update to complete when the appointment has finished.

For more information see our Photo and Measure help article to see how to the appointments work in Street as well as our Agent App Photo and Measure help article to see how you can make use of the Street App during the appointment.

Compliance Checks (AML)

If you have the either the Landmark or Smart Compliance integration enabled you will have the option to complete the AML checks from within the Compliance Checks step.

This follows the normal AML check process so for more information see our Landmark AML Checks and Smart Compliance Checks help articles.

Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)

If you have PIQ enabled in your settings you can view the details submitted by the vendor through their Street Consumer App. If you've not received the PIQ details you can resend the request, sending an email to the vendor requesting they download the app and complete the PIQ, or you have the option to complete manually.

Clicking 'complete manually' will not fill in the PIQ on behalf of the vendor, it simply allows you to check the step off and add any notes as needed.

For more information see our PIQ help article to see how the process works and our Seller App PIQ help article to see how sellers can submit their PIQ via their app.

Property Listing

The property listing step lets you track if the listing details have been completed and send them to the vendor for approval. You also have the option of marking that the vendor approved manually and adding any notes, should this have happened outside of Street.

If the vendor requests any changes, these will be flagged for you to review and once approved will update to completed.

For more information see our Property Listing Details help article.

Sales Board Ordered

The Sales Board Ordered allows you to create a board for the property and even send a request to your board supplier, if you have them setup in your branch settings.

If you see the warning 'This property does not require a sales board' here, this is because you have marked the property as not requiring a board in the property settings. You can simply click 'mark as required' if so to re-enable it.

For more information, see our Board Orders help article.
