Partner Platform - Referrals Reporting
On the left side navigation bar, look for the Referrals section where you'll see a breakdown of reporting available for referrals to the Partner Platform.
Note - Currently the Partner Platform has been set up for mortgage brokers so this article will focus on reporting on mortgage broker referrals.
Opportunities
The Opportunities section gives a breakdown of all opportunities to refer a partner that weren't taken at the time.
This table can be used by your team to keep track of any missed opportunities and follow up to potentially obtain a new referral.
Examples of when opportunities will be stored here are when you've added a new sales applicant but check the "not raised during discussion" box.
Or perhaps marked them as a "future opportunity".
Referrals
The Referrals section gives a breakdown of all referrals that were successfully sent to one of your mortgage broker partners.
The 'referral type' column displays the information your mortgage broker entered when creating their account. This information cannot be input or edited by your agency.
The 'status' column shows what stage the mortgage broker is at with the referral and will automatically update when they make changes on their Partner Platform account. And finally the 'last updated' column shows when the last changes were made. This information also cannot be input or edited by your agency.
You can also track the status of an individual client's referral from their sales applicant page in the 'referrals' tab.
Referrals Reporting
The Referrals Reporting section gives a breakdown of your team's performance, highlighting key financial data as well as important metrics such as conversion rates and your pipeline.
You can filter by branch and date ranges to really drill into the data.
In the 'mortgage referral performance' table, the 'referral conversion' column has colour dots next to the conversion rate. These are colour coded based on the conversion % and are currently in testing, while we obtain feedback and data from Street Labs agents.
Staff Commissions
The Staff Commissions section gives a breakdown of any commission that your team have earned, following a referral, based on your commission settings set setup in company settings.
The unapproved tab shows a list of how many referrals have been sent, how many are payable and also expand each team member to see a detailed view of each referral.
The 'payable stage' column shows what stage the commission was earned (ie referral, application submitted or completion) and the 'current referral status' column shows the status of the referral based on the mortgage brokers actions in their Partner Platform and cannot be edited by your agency.
You can also click the 'view' button to see where in Street that referral took place, useful if you want to check who the referral was made for.
Approving Referral Commission
To approve a team member's referral commission, simply click the 'approve' button which will move the commission into the 'Approved' tab which can be used to track how much to pay to your staff.
