What is the Street AI Call Handler Integration?

Street AI Call Handler is an out of hours AI assistant that allows your agency to handle customer calls outside of business hours. This integration creates an AI voice assistant that can respond to customer enquiries when your office is closed.

To enable the integration you will first need to generate a phone number for each branch in your network and then speak to your telephone provider to route your number to the Street number.

Setting up the Integration

The Street AI Call Handler is currently available on request. To get started head to Settings (on the left side panel at the bottom) > Account Administration > Integrations > click on Street AI Call Handler.

Here you will see the details about the integration and can request access.

The Street team will then be in touch to grant access.

Once access has been given, click into the Configuration tab.

From the configuration tab, click the 'create phone number' to create a custom phone number for that branch.

Once the phone number has generated there is nothing further to action in Street. You will need to share this phone number with your telephony system (the provider you use) who will need to configure your setup to route phone calls to this number.

Your telephony system will also be able to configure what days / times calls should be routed to the Street phone number for the AI Call Handler to handle the call.
