What is Street AI Call Handler?
Street AI Call Handler is an out of hours AI assistant that allows your agency to handle customer calls outside of business hours.
This integration creates an AI voice assistant that can respond to customer enquiries and answer property-specific questions, capture detailed viewing requests, and consistently uncover new valuation opportunities by skilfully extracting information such as a property to sell, just like a member of the team would.
How does it work?
When a client calls your office and your team are unable to answer, Street AI will handle the call instead of the caller going to voicemail. When the call is finished, all details will be logged in your Enquiry Centre where you can view the AI summary of the call.
Additionally, you can click the 'view transcript' option and you'll see the call transcript and audio recording should you want to read / watch it back.
How much does it cost?
Street AI Call Handler will use 72 AI Credits per AI Call Handler minutes. These credits will be deducted from your monthly total, based on the AI Usage plan you have setup.
For more information, see our AI Usage Plans help article.
How do I setup the Street AI Call Handler integration?
The Street AI Call Handler is currently available on request. Once access is given you first need to create a phone number in Street and share this phone number with your telephony system (the provider you use) who will need to configure your setup to route phone calls to this number.
