AI Settings

There are various settings that control how Street AI works. To get started, head to company settings > AI settings.

Note - you will need to be a Company Admin to access AI Settings.

Validate AI Image Prompts

Toggling on Validate AI Image Prompts enables a feature on Street AI Photo Enhance that displays a warning when using a custom prompt that may mislead a buyer.

This is particularly useful if you want to prevent team members from making changes that may violate the Property Misdescriptions Act.

Usage

If you have an active Street AI plan, you will see a Usage tab, where you can see a breakdown of key details relating to your usage of credit such as your usage for the current period and last month, the date credits reset and credit usage by branch and AI feature.

Manage Subscription

From the manage subscription tab you can either subscribe to a plan or manage your existing plan.

If you do not have an active subscription you will see the option to choose which Street AI plan you want to use. These plans give you credits to use for the the Street AI Photo Editor and Call Handler features.

For more information, see our Street AI Plans help article.

If you already have an active subscription you will see your subscription details, showing your current plan, status and credit usage. From here you can also cancel your active plan or upgrade your plan via the 'change plan' button.

If you cancel your subscription you do not lose access to the credits you have, they will remain in your balance until the date shown.

Note - If you want to downgrade your subscription, please call us on 0333 009 3806.

Call Handler

From the call handler tab you can customise the opening message that Street AI Call Handler uses when answering calls. This is fully editable and can have the branch name added as a merge field. You can also preview how your custom opening message will play and reset back to the default content that we provide.

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
