Street AI Photo Editor

Street AI Photo Editor comes packed with ready-to-use prompts, engineered by our AI experts to create listing-perfect images based on the common requirements for property photography.

You’ll find quick fixes like removing bins, reflections, or clutter, to full creative transformations like digital staging, wall repainting, flooring updates, and day-to-dusk conversions, plus a Custom Prompt option for anything in between.

How much does Street AI Photo Editor cost?

Street AI Photo Editor uses a credit based system where each time you enhance a photo using 40 AI Credits will be deducted from your monthly total, based on the AI Usage plan you have setup. It's important to note that these 40 credits are deducted the moment you click to enhance, even if you choose to not save the photo or are not happy with the AI changes.

For more information, see our AI Usage Plans help article.

Enhancing photos with Street AI

To get started, head to a property page and click edit (top right) > edit property > photos. From the Property Photos page, click the 'AI Photo Editing' button.

Now you can click on an individual photo to begin to use Street AI Photo Editor to enhance the property's photos.

When you have enhanced a photo, you can compare the original vs the enhanced photo by 'clicking and holding' on the photo. You can then choose to either replace the original photo on the property or add the enhanced as a new photo, keeping a copy of both on the property.

Quick Prompts

There are a list of quick prompts that you can choose from to quickly enhance the photo based on the changes you're looking to make.

For example for an external photo you can enhance the garden so it looks green and well maintained.

Or for an internal photo you could choose to add furniture to an empty to room to stage the room.

Custom Prompts

If you can't find the change you need using one of the Quick Prompts, you can enter your own Custom Prompts. Here you can free type what you want Street AI to do and it will make the relevant changes.

Within your Company Settings > AI Settings there is a toggle for Validate AI Image Prompts that, when enabled, will display a warning if a custom prompt could mislead buyers.

For example “Add a swimming pool to the garden”, they’ll see a warning explaining that it may breach the Property Misdescriptions Act by altering a permanent feature.

With the setting enabled, you will not be able to proceed and enhance a photo where this warning shows.

Alternatively you can leave the setting is toggled off and you won't see any warnings.

Recursion Levels

The recursion level refers to how many enhancements you have made to a photo, with each change increasing the recursion level by 1.

Recursion levels 1-2 are generally safe. Each additional level increases the risk of unpredictable results as you're editing already AI-generated content and if you go above level 2 you will see a warning. You can still proceed with saving the photo but we advise checking for any unpredictable results carefully.

Apply Watermark

When enhancing a photo you have the option of applying a watermark. If you use this, you can choose between two different watermarks: "Al enhanced" and "Enhanced with Al by street.co.uk".

Note - It is not possible to change the wording of the watermark or add your own.

If you choose to not include a watermark the image will be generated with no indication it has been edited with AI. We advise using this option with caution and use the preview functionality to compare the edited image with the original and make sure you are happy with the result.
