Insurance Policy Settings
Insurance Policies allow you keep a track of any policies a property has such as rent protection, boiler cover, contents insurance etc.
This article explains how to setup new insurance policies to be used in Street. For information on how to add insurance policies to a property, see our Insurance Policies help article.
To get started, head to Settings > Company Settings > Insurance Policies where you will see a list of any existing insurance policies you have created.
Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access the insurance policy settings.
Adding new policies
Click the 'add new policy' button at the top right to create a new policy. Simply enter the name of the policy and select from the available policy types.
Note - It is not possible to add your own policy types but you can request more are added by contacting the Street Support team on Live Chat.
Editing existing policies
Existing policies can be edited by clicking the pencil icon on the right hand side where you can rename and change the policy type.
Once your policies are setup in your settings, you add them to properties and view them across various pages in Street. For more information, see our Insurance Policies help article.
