PerfectMatch is a form of property matching that gives you a visual breakdown of how suitable the property is. From PerfectMatch you can compare individual property features to the applicant's preferences and see an overall match rating to determine which properties are best to discuss with the applicant or email directly from Street.

From an Applicant page, scroll down and you will see the PerfectMatch card on the right hand side where you can click 'view PerfectMatch results' to see a list of results.

Each property shown will have an overall match rating out of 100%, based on the applicants preferences vs the property's features.

Each individual criteria such as number of bedrooms, property type and outside space will show for each property giving an indication of which elements of the applicant's search suits this property.

You can email the property information to the applicant by clicking the envelope icon which will contain a link to the Street Public Page for that property, along with a link to book a viewing if you have Online Bookings enabled for that branch.

Any property's sent via email from PerfectMatch will be logged on the applicant activity stream.

If you want a more detailed breakdown of an individual match you can click the 'View Full Match' button at the bottom right of the property.

This will provide a direct comparison between the property features and the applicant's preferences.

At the bottom of the match details you can show the colour key as to how preferences are ranked and also email the property to the applicant from here.
