Property Descriptions with Street AI
As part of the property onboarding workflow you can upload photos and floorplans that Street AI can use to generate the property description. For more information on this, see this help article.
However you can also use Street AI to generate the property descriptions on an ad-hoc basis as well, outside of the onboarding workflow.
Simply head to the property page and click Edit > Edit Property > Descriptions. Here, you will see the 'Use Street AI' button in the detailed property description section.
Simply click the bin icon next to any key features you want excluded from Street AI's information and add any additional ones you want included. Finally, set the length and style of the description and click generate.
Note - Removing or adding key features here will not remove or add them to the main property key features list. This is just for the AI to use.
Once generated you will see options at the bottom right to either apply the new description to the property, copy it to your clipboard to paste elsewhere or start again to generate a new description.
The same can be done for the Short Description by clicking Generate, which will use the main description and generate a shorter version that will show on the search list on the portals.
